Returns & Refunds
Items must be returned in sealable condition; unopened with all packaging and hygiene seals intact.
If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a store credit on all products returned to us within 7 days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. Please contact order@bloombeauty.com.au within 2 days of receiving your parcel to discuss the return. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Due to the nature of the product, please be aware that according to Australian hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.
In cases where the product is faulty or different to the product purchased, you will be given a choice between a refund, exchange or store credit. All faulty products must be shipped back to Bloom Beauty before a refund, exchange or store credit is issued. Return shipping will be paid where the goods are faulty, with the inclusion of the Australia Regular Post return shipping receipt in the parcel for reimbursement or email it to us at orders@bloombeauty.com.au
We do not accept refunds or exchanges on sale items. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that are in an opened or used condition.
If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or an item that you have not ordered, please contact us at orders@bloombeauty.com.au within 2 days of receiving your parcel, quoting your order number and we will contact you to discuss the return and issue you with a returns approval authorisation. Returns are to be received by us within 7 days of the returns approval. Any refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Please kindly acknowledge that Bloom Beauty is not reasonable for individual reactions or irritations a product may cause, we encourage you to thoroughly read the ingredients list on the product page on our website to ensure the ingredients are safe and suitable for you.
